The Harrow African-Caribbean Association
The Harrow African-Caribbean Association was formed in 1991 to bring together the African-Caribbean people, who live in Harrow, for the purposes of:
- Providing them with a meeting place
- Providing a Friday Luncheon Club
- Keep Fit Classes 11:30pm to 12:30pm
- Community Foundation/Grassroots Funders
- Promoting the well being of the Association and its Members and their interests
- Taking up their concerns with statutory bodies (e.g Local and Central Government) in respect of: Education; Youth, Employment, Training, Health, Leisure & Cultural Activities
- Providing support to individuals
- Promoting research into the needs of the African-Caribbean Community.
